What We Do
Our wee cows are big on tasty, tender beef
We do whatever it takes to get the most flavour on your plate.
That starts with early mornings and late nights, looking after our Dexter herd to make sure they’re some of the most content cows you’ll ever come across.
We make sure they’re at home in some of the best pastureland Ireland has to offer, enjoying fresh grass and the free range life all year round.
What we don’t do is add anything unnatural or use intensive farming methods.
We’ve been farming this way for 40 years and it works for our cows, for our customers and for our family.
Some people would use words like organic, artisan, grass fed, traceable, ethical and sustainable, among other foodie buzzwords, to describe our all natural beef.
Most of our customers simply say Mmmmm!

Because it’s naturally tender and packed with flavour, Dexter beef is easy to prepare and cook. So even if you’re not the most confident chef in the world, you can impress your guests with a little seasoning and gentle cooking.
Whether that’s a beef roast, steaks, burgers, sausages or veggie roll.
